Laura Kensy

Laura Kensy is a singer-songwriter from Germany. She writes her songs intuitively and personally. That's why there's a true story behind every single song she's written. Influenced by artists like Ed Sheeran or James Bay she found herself in pop music.
Laura started singing during her childhood years and developed her talent through professional singing lessons. In 2012 she started learning how to play the guitar to be able to accompany herself with an instrument. Inspired by huge artists like Ed Sheeran she tried her hand at songwriting. Her first original song "Fairytale" was recorded as part of a project, organised by teachers of the music school she went to. After finishing high-school Laura went to London where she stayed for a year. During her time in England she went busking in Lond (...) Mehr anzeigenon's streets, had some gigs in pubs and restaurants and connected to a lot of other musicians. After her year abroad she managed to record some of her original songs with her stepfather's help. In November 2019 she released her selfwritten and -produced song "I'm Myself", which was followed by her next single "Hopes up". In 2020 Laura used her time effectively and wrote lots of new songs. Her original song "Fell For You", which was written with her friend Nico Steger, was one of these songs. It found its way to a German DJ and producer, who then produced it.
In April 2021 their single was released and is now available on all music-streaming platforms. Laura is now working on another original song. Keep your eyes and ears open. Weniger anzeigen
