n-Closer.

n-Closer is an industrial trip-hop band, influenced by a range of artists from NIN to Aphex Twin. Their mood is dark and their music is sophisticated. Released in 2000, their album is called "colours of Julia" being one of the few early electronica albums in Turkey and it is still the only one in its style. The band was formed in 1997 by Anil Savas Kilic and Onur Mercan. They spent their first year on defining the musical formula that n-Closer would use. In 1998 they started to produce their album which would have been ready by Sept 1999. In the last few months of the production proccess Gokalp Ergen joined the album with his vocals and as a producer. Finally, the album was released in 2000 by Zihni Music. Currently Onur Mercan lives in Germany and is working on his electronica project cal (...) Mehr anzeigenled "Faul". He is also working on graphic design.
