Sonic Circus

Viel Lärm, viel Dreck, viel Unperfektes - Sonic Circus hat sich in Zeiten von Hochglanzproduktionen und digitaler Perfektion dem dreckigen Sound der Seattle-Szene der frühen 90er Jahre verschrieben.

Von tonnenschweren Riffs und schleppenden Songs bis hin zu punkig angehauchten Uptempo-Nummern spannt die Band einen weiten Bogen und hinterlässt bleibende Eindrücke. Ob live oder im Studio, die Verbundenheit von Sonic Circus mit dem Grunge-Sound und der damit verbundenen Szene ist sofort erkennbar. Seit 2020 beim Berliner Indie-Label Parrandera Records unter Vertrag, haben Sonic Circus bereits zahlreiche Gigs in der Region gespielt und im Mai 2022 ihre Debüt-EP Foreign Light veröffentlicht. Weitere Songs wurden 2023 released.

From barrel-chested riffs and sluggish songs to punk-heavy uptempo numbers, the band spans a wide range and leaves lasting impressions. Whether live or in the studio, Sonic Circus' connection to the grunge sound and its associated scene is immediately apparent. Signed to Berlin indie label Parrandera Records in 2020, Sonic Circus have already played numerous gigs in the region and released their debut EP Foreign Light in May 2022.
